Pros

Great people/employees as customers of IT. Genuine business problems they bring us to solve. Cutting edge technology.

Cons

The company as a whole is interesting. Like any other employer in the space, it has its ups and downs. The perks are more for those in-office but the cons are unfortunately very true as well. In IT, we service all of the companies owned by PMG. This was anything from support to operations. The new Head of IT constantly blames the team for failures resulting from his overpromises to Leadership. He is setting us up for failure from the start. They will micromanage you but will also get frustrated when you can’t drop everything you’re doing to help him consistently accomplish smaller tasks with no prioritization, and then also get mad when you can’t finish the original thing that you had to drop to help out. Strong “step up or step out” culture meaning if you’re not performing levels above your role to fill some gap, you’re underperforming. The approach they’ve taken on performance is also draconian.

-Very well respected and well established company with a variety of industry leading clients -Amazing office coordinators who help keep the offices stocked and organized -Very welcoming, understanding, and kind staff members -Teams and departments are well staffed -CEO makes sure to keep everyone in the loop about company wide news like new business and other successes -Great benefits that some other agencies don’t have -Very thorough onboarding process -Roles and responsibilities are clearly outlined for each team member to limit disorganization and task overlap -Cares about employee growth and development -Managers make sure to regularly check in with you to see how you’re doing

Cons

-Strict 3 days a week in office requirement -Online trainings can be time consuming and take away from client work
