      Great Opportunities Good training Good bonus and benefits

      Cons

      Low salary due to heavy bonuses that are hard to hit Very little organization If you end up at a branch and your branch manager doesn't like you. You will get fired within 1 year. Overworked and under appreciated. I worked 70 hour weeks and was told to do more.

      My experience has been wonderful, as I have managed to learn a tremendous amount about the world of sales and the POOLCORP culture; there is always someone willing to help and guide you through a process or assist you in achieving your goals. I cannot single out just one person, as so many have stood by my side and guided me throughout this journey, but I do extend my gratitude to the entire team. I hope to continue being a part of this great company and, of course, to climb many more rungs up the ladder. THANK YOU POOLCORP!!!
