Good wage, fun staff, lotsa inventory to learn. Good hours and benefits. Was close to home, overtime available

Cons

Poorly organized, compny was bought out and management had trouble transitioning to the new system corporate office was implimrnting.

My experience has been wonderful, as I have managed to learn a tremendous amount about the world of sales and the POOLCORP culture; there is always someone willing to help and guide you through a process or assist you in achieving your goals. I cannot single out just one person, as so many have stood by my side and guided me throughout this journey, but I do extend my gratitude to the entire team.
