Pros
Some great people work at Posabit. They are looking for new jobs. The office sometimes has lunch and they think that is good culture. You get to work with a lot of great people in the industry.
Cons
I agree with other posts that aren't fake. Customers and employees don’t matter at Posabit. Blame the industry for everything to cover up your own mistakes. Say something is basically illegal and then say it’s ok and get rid of compliance because you want to sell it to make more money. Salary negotiations are misleading and they know it. Then you start your job with no support because your boss is overworked and not allowed to manage you. Find out there’s no strategy except whatever the CEO and his kids or friends want to do even if everyone else disagrees. No interest in making a good product or help the industry. Some staff are convinced this is normal and they just suffer for no reason. Everyone else quits or is looking for a new job. The employees and customers deserve better.
