Pros

-POSaBIT has some tremendous talent in their people they were lucky to acquire. -The Quarterly Bonus was great, when we actually got it.

Cons

-Nepotism in every department. Every Director or C Suite member is a direct family member or a family friend. This leads to no real innovation or forward thinking, The entire leadership team exists to stroke the ego of the Founder.

Pros

Great company in a tough industry. They make the tough calls on when to hire or not and manage their budget well. In a normal industry this company would thrive but given the challenges of cannabis it has been hard.

Cons

Cannabis industry is super hard to compete in.

very flexible with work hours & PTO. CEO was very transparent about everything. Was a great time to work in the industry

Cons

being on-call every once in a while wasn't ideal, was too-fast paced when it didn't need to be, pay wasn't the best
