Pros

They offer a nice severance package which includes shorting you on our medical leaving only 3 days at the end of the month and timing it 10 days before the bonuses were due to be paid out from earned work.

Cons

The leadership team has zero experience in cannabis outside of Posabit which is filled with nepotism. They punish employees who do the work and reward those who push the work around to look busy and/or have a habit of reinventing the wheel. The entire product department is filled with unqualified family members and children of the ceo who are an absolute nightamre to work with over promising and under-delivering . There is no internal organization or structure to support the executives squirrel-mind mentality and they have their chief of staff family friend running sales now who has publicly admitted that they "faked" the numbers on previous projects. The Sales team's commission has been changed so many times and has been convoluted with confusing spreadsheets that the Sales team members don't even know what they are owed anymore for their work. The leadership team provides no resources to any of their employees to simplify their workloads . The hr department is an absolute mess and should really be internally investigated for discrimination and providing misinformation. This is the definition of a toxic workplace and clients should be concerned about their data integrity .

Pros

Great company in a tough industry. They make the tough calls on when to hire or not and manage their budget well. In a normal industry this company would thrive but given the challenges of cannabis it has been hard.

Cons

Cannabis industry is super hard to compete in.

Pros

very flexible with work hours & PTO. CEO was very transparent about everything. Was a great time to work in the industry

Cons

being on-call every once in a while wasn't ideal, was too-fast paced when it didn't need to be, pay wasn't the best
