Pros

The campers and staff were why I was motivated to work there.

Cons

Upper management was the worst. They keep hiring individuals who have no clue about the summer camp business. They let go of powerful, influential, inspiring individuals to bring in fresh new faces with little to no experience. They completely demolished the positive culture. It's now a culture of fear. Good Luck.

There are new properties being onboarded, which is great, but it will happen on short notice.
