Cons
Lack of work life balance for people working as Clinical Team manager, Ineffective line management system, Lack of support, to many systems leads to chaos, In effective on line training system which helps only to document that the training. Ineffective resource allocation model, Very complex structure (at least for project management). The employee usually dose not get time for self development (to learn additional skills, to develop additional competency).
