Pros
Good company structure; good general policies and working conditions; English can be used for completing most of the tasks on computer; high job security; flexible working hours; WFH during Covid-19 - since then the work-life balance became very good; colleagues are friendly; supervisors are supportive.
Cons
Slow promotion; tonnes of emails everyday; monotonous work but one can still get very much stressed; many spontaneous last-minute tasks during certain study-periods, or due to irresponsible team members; localness is much more important than globalness for most of the roles - do not expect an "international environment" here; salary is not good for entry level positions; further development is very limited; 70% (perhaps higher) colleagues are female.
