      Pros

      Overboard with PPD was easy and well-organized. I am working off-site with one of their clients. They do help with career development and setting long terms goals. Compensation was also fair.

      Cons

      No boss on-site, and no ability to work with their team of scientists.

      Pros

      Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

      Cons

      You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
