Pros

Work from home options ( although these are arbitrary).

Cons

Company was bought by a larger corporation and since then has established a culture of disregard for employees. A company that started as "Ask the Pharmacist" has been terminating pharmacists right and left as cost saving measure. If the company really wanted to save some money, they would eliminate do many of the redundant middle management positions. Instead of providing cost of living raises to jeep up with inflation, they offered a one time very small "inflation bonus" with lots of strings attached. There are so many other companies that are actively trying to recruit and retain employees right now ( especially nurses). Steer clear of this company. They'll hire you to do the same job as a pharmacist for way less money and less PTO and fewer advancement opportunities. No merit raises.

Pros

Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

Cons

You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
