      Able to work from home

      Cons

      -Unrealistic allocation of studies/sites -More metrics centered than caring about the quality of work -Disrespectful, rude, inexperienced management creating hostile work environment. -You'll never get any support from management -Unrealistic project timelines -High level of micromanagement and meetings making getting actual work done nearly impossible. -Thermo Fisher bought PPD and took away holidays (i.e. day after Thanksgiving and xmas), took away PTO. -Overall one of the worse companies I have ever worked for

      Pros

      Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

      Cons

      You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
