      Pros

      Employee development and retention is highly valued. Co-workers are generally fantastic. Teams communicate well. Very good benefits package and incetives to stay.

      Cons

      Managers are unaware of performance of team and relationships between subordinates. It is hard to be motivated when performance is rarely observed or recognized. Hard to change processes that are already in place.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
