Cons
A bunch of spoiled employees who will back stab you and get you in trouble with management for their benefit. Different rules for different employees, if you have been there for 25+ years, you have one set of rules, employees with less than 10 years have a different set of rules. Make all employees follow the rules no matter how long they have been employed there. Very difficult to move from one department to another, once you are hired in, good luck trying to move out of that position. Unfair compensation, they will pay a new hire more than what you were hired in for, even if they started a month after you. Be expected to work mandatory overtime on weekends and on major holidays, not family friendly, company does not care about their employees.
