      Pros

      Flexible hours and decent vacation time. Monthly bonuses even they are not very much. Good benefits. Not much else good about this company.

      Cons

      Just ok pay, little to no raises at all no matter how hard you work, and poor management at all levels. You'll do all the work while sales reps and managers get all the credit and bonuses.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
