      Pros

      Great Benefits, some flexibility of schedule.

      Cons

      Management lost sight of what was needed in the field and began micro-managing. This resulted in lost sales taking us away from our primary objective of selling to the customer. Ultimately we became a number and there was no open relationships between upper management and the field. The field felt like the management wasn't interested in help from the field at all.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
