      Pros

      Many good, hard working, resourceful people on the front lines of this company. People who are dedicated and a joy to be around.

      Cons

      Management that motivates poorly, overlooks qualified people, promotes on the basis of personal preference over performance, and is demeaning to their subordinates. They tell you that they want your honest input, but as soon as someone voices their opinion they are labeled as having a negative attitude or not a team player.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
