      Pros

      Global Company with excellent 401K Match program. Fortune 500, possibly in top 250. Long history of investment in the Pittsburgh Area. Good Community Outreach.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is substandard. Safety at certain facilities is not guaranteed. Salary noncompetitive. Lack of up/down/left/right communication with minimal training offered. No commitment to employee career development observed. Interpersonal conflicts are not resolved.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
