      Pros

      steady pay check, easy work, not too much else to say, oh you do get vacation pay that is 2 weeks up to five yrs, 3 wks pay from 5-10 yrs service,

      no loyality to employees, very little promotion potential, company implements benefits for employees then never follows thru

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
