      Pros

      Training and office culture is very good. Everyone is extremely willing to help and teach. Benefits are really good. Many people stay there a very long time and have many different roles which is a good sign

      Cons

      Seems someone bogged by hierarchical structure and old technologies.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
