Pros
There are really no Pro's to working at PPG because I was only with them for a very short time. This was due to they purchased the company I was with and closed my location.
Cons
Even though I was given a severance package PPG did not follow any of the requirements set forth within the package. The payment was 7 days late and they said payroll had the final say. That was not stated in the signed agreement. They fought me for unemployment benefits after laying me off. They was very little respect from the zone manager, he basically threw me out of the building on my last day. Absolutely zero support from HR and local management.
