      Pros

      Fellow employees can be, ok. It is really easy to get hired if you are drug free. You get to learn a lot about the coatings industry.

      Cons

      Pay is bad. Starting pay is bad, too. With bad starting pay the employees that are hired are not very good. Mistakes can cost the company a huge amount of money. If you mistint a quart and it gets put on a wall it can cost the company thousands of dollars. Most "professional" customers are one step away from being homeless. They use double standards in enforcing rules.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
