Decent starting pay for manual labor at a DC
Cons
Too many useless employees standing around while others work. Many employees use intimidation and accusations to get others in trouble. Middle and upper management seems afraid to confront and dismiss these people and punish others instead. Middle management clueless as to what goes on on a day to day basis. Work standards are not evenly enforced. Advancement is purely based on your ability to brown nose. Mandatory overtime is instituted way to often, when hiring a few more people or making people pull their weight would eliminate the need.
