      *Lack of support from corporate management *Corporate management changing daily task they know nothing about and complicating everyones jobs. *difficult to go up pay scale when you are over qualified do to corporate BS while others less qualified get promoted. *lack of support from platform when taking a daily beating from customers.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
