      Pros

      This company has advancement opportunities within the US as well as worldwide. Fortune 100 company with a solid stock price.

      Cons

      Very black and white in there views. No gray in there world. Must walk the corporate lifestyle and never step out of line. Free thinking doesn't get rewarded.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
