      Pros

      good work/ personal life mix and some management is excellent, a lot of training for career growth, company seems to care.

      Cons

      corporate is separate from real world sales. you waste to much time using an out dated crm tool, just pony up for salesforce dummies!!! Let your team sell and stop micro managing the silliest stuff. also new upper management is extremely condescending towards field sales teams

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
