Salaries are stuck in the 20th century. Other paint companies pay more across the board. Nepotism is off the charts, you are either in or you are out. Forget about moving up based of your merits or experience it is all about who you know not what you know. Upper management is absolutely clueless and in way over their head. We should absolutely be all inclusive in the hiring process but the years of hiring and promoting people based off of checking boxes instead of going with the best person for the job is having disastrous effects for this company
