      coworkers were alright, enjoyed seeing regular customers, and learning to color match was interesting. relatively easy job, benefits were good

      worked alone in a sketchy area and was harassed by walk-in customers, close to minimum-wage job

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
