Hands off management Yearly bonus (although upper management always seems to find a reason to make it smaller than target)
Cons
RTO mandate so they can get a tax break Not big on work life balance Very cheap when it comes to tools to do your job Upper management has a complete different structure / rules for bonus compensation than the working employees.
