      I am struggling to find anything positive to say.

      Cons

      There is a severe toxic culture within the senior leadership of PPG Architectural Coatings. Management are quick to blame those below them (for issues that the employees have no control over) and never take responsibility for their own actions. Those who challenge management are quickly pushed out of the company. The leadership team also have huge egos and think that the rest of the workforce "minions" should bow down to their "greatness".

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
