continuous switching in structuring the organization. poor talent retaining due to foggy Hr/Company policies (i.e. I got hired with a fully flexible remote working, 3 months later the company decided to force for everybody the mandatory 3 days in the office with strict control) job title and job description NEVER match the reality understaffed company with a huge admin workload to be done
