      full medical coverage, including for dental/optical

      Cons

      company is too picky about skin, the system is too backward. The company can also terminate employees at will if they do not like the employee. There are too many dirty politics in it and the human relations department also colluded with the management and turned a blind eye to this happening. think before entering.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
