      Pros

      They’re heading seriously into digitalization in many corners of the business. Commercial excellence is an important aspect of their profit growth. Management is giving space to work on your terms. However there are frequent requests from top management. Especially now with profit being a serious concern.

      Cons

      Merit increase has been nonexistent since I started working there. Business is not doing well.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
