Pros
It’s easy to find a good work/life balance at PPL because they’re more interested in the quality of your work hours than the quantity. They care more about results than making sure every minute of company time is used for company business.
Cons
Not much. If I had to say one thing I’d probably just say that communication could be better, especially from the higher ups. But even that isn’t much of an issue.
