great people, promote opportunities for growth within your role, large network all over the globe

Cons

some offices are corporately owned and some are independently owned, so they are run a little differently. In my experience, the long hours you work does not match up with the salary, no one is paid over time

Pay is terrible. I got promoted as far as I could go in only two years. You're also forced to try and hide crazy markups on pricing, which can lead to uncomfortable conversations when clients inevitably figure it out. Pricing is not transparent. I
