Good pay. Some nice incentives.

Cons

Unfortunately, the senior management is not looking at the true reality within the offices. Only looking at numbers. The truth is, they could make double the money if they did not have a whole bunch of millennials running their operations. Too much power in young unexperienced hands that do not understand client- vendor relations or have yet to determine strong business ethics and values. Way too many training and conference calls. Half the day was spent on those instead of actually getting things done.

There is a nice culture with nice people.

Pay is terrible. I got promoted as far as I could go in only two years. You're also forced to try and hide crazy markups on pricing, which can lead to uncomfortable conversations when clients inevitably figure it out. Pricing is not transparent. I
