      Competitive Salary. that's it. that's the only pros to this company

      Cons

      -managers would want you to work even when your on leave. -process is messy -trainers don't have any respect of any individuals time - It was hard asking for an approval for a work from home set up when needed. - managers would humiliate someone in front of the team if there was a minor mistake that was made.

      Contractors dont get paid days off, but sick days are still given

      They offer competitive pay for travelers

      Cons

      Management is awful. They change support employees very frequently. I have had 5 case managers within 6 months. No one answers their phone. You have to call the corporate number to get any help.
