Junior Stylist Program - Anonymous employee PRO Club Employee Review

Thank you for reaching out and providing your feedback. Our Junior Stylist Program is fairly new and therefore we appreciate the feedback as we continuously strive to improve the program. In our Junior Stylist Program offer letters, we outline that each person will be hired into the program contingent upon them passing a technical audition. In the week prior to the technical evaluation, our experienced stylists do their best to familiarize potential employees with our facility and expectations of the audition for anyone who is seeking to join the Junior Stylist Program. Unfortunately, if the technical audition (which consists of evaluating basic skills) is not passed, then we cannot extend the potential employee a position within our Junior Stylist Program. We apologize for the confusion regarding scheduling. However, once again we thank you for your feedback and for your determination to pass the technical audition.
