      Good pay for private lessons. Flexibility.

      No pay for between lessons. Must work group lessons to work private lessons Management is deceitful about benefits.

      Pros

      Friendly staff, supportive day-to-day culture, and big events that are legitimately impressive and enjoyable.

      Cons

      Small teams carrying a massive workload. Payroll issues happened more than they should. Uniforms weren’t my favorite.
