9yThank you for thoughtful comments and constructive feedback about working at the PRO Sports Club. We realize some time has passed since you wrote this review and would like to apologize for not responding sooner. However, since your review we have been working hard to implement new management procedures as well as have had some new additions to our management team. The safety of our members and cast members is our top priority and if these standards are not being met we would like to know immediately.
