9yThank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us and for being a valued cast member for over 5 years! We do have a service model that reflects Disney's service standards, and although it may seem nit-picky at times it is a standard that sets us apart from our competitors and allows us to create unique and memorable experiences for our members.
We are sorry to hear your perception of management is that it is underdeveloped and does not advocate for the training team.
