We do have a service model that reflects Disney's service standards, and we do everything we can to make that clear to candidates when they are in the application process. The culture may not be the right fit for everyone, but it is something that sets us apart from our competitors - it is our greatest desire to create fun and memorable experiences for all of our guests. I am sorry to hear your perception of management is that it is disorganized and revenue focused.
