Pros

I wanted to post because I have read all the negative reviews and feel they were from disgruntled past employees. The company had some "bad eggs" a few years ago but they are no longer with the company. The atmosphere has changed tremendously and is a supportive friendly environment. If you work hard you are rewarded but if you slack it will be pointed out. Bottomline is that if you do your job you will have plenty of opportunities and you will be acknowledged and rewarded.

Cons

Sometimes the work environment can feel segregated between departments/teams or management/employees.

It’s a Monday-Friday schedule from 9am-5:30pm. OT is allowed on weekends depending on services.

Cons

It’s repetitive work and the stories you hear may be traumatizing often leading you to deal with second hand trauma.
