Worked at the new pannatoni park in rotherham for a company called FPS automotive alliance group , went through a few tests to get the job on the internet and when i got to the warehouse had to pass a test to get the job or fail and you dont get the job. Worked there for 3 weeks , there was less and less work , but they kept changing rules with locations of products and didnt update most of the workers which left others trying to work and find things to do towards the end of my 3 weeks. Got an abrupt phone call on the friday to say some management said my performance wasn't good, yet everyday with the team i was with , we pushed to do more and more work each day , i noticed a lot of rubbish around a brand new warehouse and finding things in the wrong places and then relocating them to the correct location. To be asked by a manager accusing me of doing nothing, each day i was there this one person just didn't get along with me , maybe she didn't like me for some daft reason , but i always were polite to everyone. I also went out of my way to clear rubbish that people left on the multiple P1 , P2 , P3 Locations of the automotive parts. They don't value people , they talk down to you and people tell you one way to do something and then when you do it their way , someone else accuses you of doing said thing wrong. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing. The management are so unprofessional , obsessed with micromanaging people. Also the agency has the audacity once they've got rid of you to advertise said jobs to you. After claiming by email the work dried up , but firstly mentioned it was work performance , i got vasculitis from this job i overworked myself. It was probably good that it ended but just shows you
