Absolute rubbish - Picker/Packer PROMAN Employee Review

Had a co worker that can’t train new workers like her life depended on it. She snapped at me for making mistakes even though it was my first day working there (Friday 13th, September 2024) the next day which was on Monday I went back there and I felt I started to improve a bit the following day the agency rang me and told me they had to terminate my contract because the company I worked for told them I was struggling. If they had given me a week to improve I’d understand but they’re so much in a rush to find more people they don’t give a toss about other workers I’ve worked for some of the biggest companies like Amazon and I’ve had a month to improve why can’t they do that?
