b.b.qs now and then if you stay for 5000 hrs. you will receive benefits very hard repetitive work ,piece work isn't worthy doing because you never make what they say you'll make ,trust after about ten years if you stay you get paid hourly for piece work , so hang tight I did and no it was not worth it...!!!!

The people you dont see or meet are the ones who will be your down fall, thats what happened to me!!!!!

With PRT, there are none.

Cons

Bought a company and within two years 3/4 of the employees were either fired or resigned because they don’t take care of them. Changed policies that would cost key employees money, but did not give salary increases. Made promises that things would be “as good if not better” than with previous ownership which was a bold-faced lie. Got offended when questioned about their lies.

Do the work of 4 people with minimum wage increases and very weak bonuses. Executives don’t care about destroying a company that use to be great to work for
