      Willingness to bring on new, entry level candidates. Atmosphere is friendly and it's a good place to start learning.

      Cons

      Poor training and not a lot of room for advancement. Especially if you are not looking to get into sales and/or lending.

      Pros

      Learned a lot because you wear a lot of hats during this position. You are doing almost 5 jobs at once with no pay increase, mandatory overtime, and unprofessionalism everywhere in the office.

      Cons

      Everything. Don’t work here unless you enjoy being stressed out.
