PS Bank is respectful and caring for its employees.

I do not have any downsides.

Willingness to bring on new, entry level candidates. Atmosphere is friendly and it's a good place to start learning.

Poor training and not a lot of room for advancement. Especially if you are not looking to get into sales and/or lending.
