Pros

Paychecks clear. You’ll learn quickly how to adapt in a high-pressure, sink-or-swim environment. If you need “airline industry” on your résumé, you’ll get it here.

Cons

Onboarding and training are virtually nonexistent — most new hires are set up to fail. Many employees are openly dissatisfied, but concerns go ignored. The culture is clique-driven, and management is part of it. If you report someone in their circle, you become the problem. If you don’t fit into their culture of entitlement and friendships, you’re labeled as “not a fit,” “not the person we thought,” and fired immediately. Processes vital to the company’s growth are hindered by favoritism and lack of accountability. You can’t trust anyone — it’s every person for themselves. Pay is not competitive for the stress and workload.

Pros

The company is full of smart, hardworking and knowledgable people who understand what needs to be done to make things happen.

Cons

For some reason, even with the latest regime change, none of the upper management appear to see or listen to improvements that could improve operations or employee retention. The chain of command goes both ways and maybe the information is going up. Maybe they hear but they do not listen to the reasoning- even for items that would not cost anything.
