Pros

Flight Benefits Interesting experiences Travel

Cons

Low wages, as it’s difficult to get more than 100 hours/pay each month. Incompetent crew scheduling creates a lot of inconvenience. Company’s sole focus is operational needs and flight attendants are viewed as “resources,” not humans. Very low moral and high turn over rate Training is chaotic and poor

Pros

The company is full of smart, hardworking and knowledgable people who understand what needs to be done to make things happen.

Cons

For some reason, even with the latest regime change, none of the upper management appear to see or listen to improvements that could improve operations or employee retention. The chain of command goes both ways and maybe the information is going up. Maybe they hear but they do not listen to the reasoning- even for items that would not cost anything.
